In 2019 and 2020, Nordic Innovation are running Nordic Health Hackathons in all the five Nordic countries. By using already available Nordic health data sets, we hope to help develop innovative solutions and business ideas – and showcase the possibilities for innovation that comes with access to more and better Nordic health data.

The Nordic Health Hackathons are part of our Health, Demography and Quality of Life program and a step towards our vision of making the Nordic region the most sustainable and integrated health region in the world by 2030.

All the hackathons are carried out by our partners Dattaca Labs and are built for rapid prototyping and innovation using already available Nordic health data sets. The hackathons are not just for developers; they're for designers, marketeers and business people as well. All ages, genders and skill levels are encouraged to apply for participation.
