Background

New regulations and the green transition place increasing demands on the circularity of Nordic companies’ operations. By implementing circularity actions, companies could turn inefficiencies in linear value chains into business value. Circularity contributes to disconnecting economic growth from resource consumption, making the implementation of circular business models important for securing the competitiveness of the businesses.

In the beginning of 2021, Nordic Innovation launched the Nordic Circular Economy PlaybookThe playbook was developed to support both smaller and larger manufacturing companies looking to transition to the circular economy. The training sessions in 2022 will function as further development of the playbook and support to companies looking to transition to a circular business model.
