Welcome to the second webinar in a series from Nordic Innovation hosted by the different members of the Nordic Diversity Task Force, with the aim of finding the way forward for gender equality within the Nordic innovation ecosystem.

Nordic Innovation has since 2018 worked with the process to map the challenges in the Nordics for female entrepreneurs and the best way to lessen the gap. A Nordic Task Force for diversity consisting of members from all the Nordic countries have been put in to place, with the aim to make the Nordic innovation ecosystem more gender equal. In June a report Female Entrepreneurship in the Nordics 2020 - comparative study was launched to highlight the current entrepreneurial landscape in the Nordics. The study was concluded with measures to stimulate female entrepreneurship.

Now a webinar series is organized by the different Nordic countries with the focus on what we can do to change this trend. A way of finding the way forward together.

During this webinar, Sweden’s innovation agency Vinnova is the host and the focus will be at female entrepreneurs access to funding and how we can create an equal funding system. The webinar will be one hour and you will hear key findings from the report and listen to short presentations from actors working to change the numbers.
