Waste, pollution and inefficiency still characterize too much of what is going on in the marine and land-based transport sector today. Something needs to change.
Do you work in the intersection between land-based and ocean industries and are looking to challenge status quo? Then join our NOK 8 million mission for a sustainable future where sea meets land.
The mission is:
Decarbonising Nordic ports, transport of people and goods – on and between sea and land.
The process going forward is still work in progress. We aim to open for applications towards the end of August 2019. All current dates and deadlines are tentative and will be updated in August 2019.

The Nordic Innovation Mobility Mission: Sea Meets Land is part of our Nordic Smart Mobility and Connectivity program running from 2018-2021. The aim of the program is to speed up the transition to a sustainable future where Nordic citizens benefit from innovative mobility and connectivity solutions.
The mission was formulated based on input from experts and Nordic actors in the marine and land-based transport sector gathered in three workshops held in Reykjavik, Turku and Gothenburg early in 2019 in collaboration with Nor-Shipping. The Mission was launched at Nor-Shipping 2019.
