Nordic Scalers GlobalScaleX – Build Your Pathway to International Success
Nordic Scalers GlobalScaleX is a three-month growth camp for fast-growing technology companies who want to build capabilities to the next stage and keep on growing.
The two leading business schools in the Nordics have combined their knowledge and experiences to help companies to scale. Aalto University Developing Entrepreneurship and BI Norwegian Business School have a long history of working globally, providing a research-based and highest-quality level of entrepreneurial education, leadership and strategy development using innovative, agile and practical methods. With the Nordic Scalers GlobalScaleX program we are creating a Nordic collaboration that brings unique benefits for scaleups offering broader networking possibilities for peer learning and ensuring that companies have the skills and knowledge to reach their full potential.
Nordic Scalers GlobalScaleX offers on-point learnings and tools focusing on the challenges that scaleup companies are facing. Learnings are implemented right away to the business. The program covers the most critical vectors that scaleup companies need to focus on to grow successfully. The program consists of five comprehensive two-day modules, company-specific mentoring sessions and Nordea Investor Speed Dating. The mentoring process will focus more closely on the most crucial pain points for each company.
The first module is Scaleup analysis. We find out companies' current situation, set future targets, and run a GAP analysis to identify where to target resources to maximize growth. We will be selecting mentors for each team to help them with their specific challenges.
The second module focuses on growth strategies, international scaling models, expansion strategies, partnership, and alliance and risk management. The third module is about market research, customer acquisition, marketing and sales of SaaS, growth hacking, and digital marketing. The fourth module is all about growth driven leadership, creating successful company culture and teams, global recruitment, talent management, motivation and communication.
Networking is the core of the fifth module, tapping also into financial management, venturing, and fundraising. Module is delivered in collaboration with The Department for International Trade (DIT). In this module, companies can strengthen and build their network in the UK ecosystem, meet international investors, and get help for scaling their business in the UK.
Nordea Investor Speed Dating concludes the program, allowing companies to pitch their business idea to local and international investors.
We invite the growth-oriented scaleup leaders to take the time and think about what to do and when to do it to achieve the best possible results. In personal level the participants will benefit from understanding and reflecting their personal leadership capabilities, improving their own, organizational and team performance and getting inspiration and tools for innovative and agile ways of working.
In organizational level teams will save months or even years of work by getting valuable support for decision-making and identifying where to target resources to maximize the growth. Program helps companies to clarify their business strategy and optimize processes. Companies will find the right contacts and networks to get what they need to take scale their business to the next level.
