The Nordic Battery Summit aims to gather the battery ecosystem in the Nordics, the companies, municipalities and research institutions, in order for them to learn from and inspire each other, and to create new and valuable connections.
This Nordic regional gathering takes place in Norway on September 24th- 25th, 2025, in Lillestrøm, 15 minutes from the airport of Oslo and 15 minutes from Oslo city.
We will be at two different venues:
- September 24th: Folkets hus / Lillestrøm konferansesenter
- Address: Storgata 38, Lillestrøm
- September 25th: Lillestrøm Kultursenter
- Address: Kirkegata 11, Lillestrøm
The topics this year are
- Next generation batteries, focusing on future materials and components
- Recycling and reuse
The event is organized by the Nordic Battery Collaboration, comprised of Business Finland, Business Sweden and Innovation Norway, with support from Nordic Innovation and the European Battery Alliance. One of the goals of the Nordic Battery Collaboration is to build a strong battery ecosystem in the Nordics.
We have held similar, and very successful, regional gatherings in Norway (Arendal), Sweden (Skövde) and Finland (Salo/Turku, Vaasa) these past four years.
