2023 was a year marked by our 50th anniversary with a celebration in Oslo on November 2 bringing an event-full year to a close.

However, 2023 offered much more than that. We were slowly seeing the outcome and results of the program period, 2021-2024. For instance, the NoGaps project developed an initial ship design for the world’s first ammonia powered vessel and Nordic Innovation co-hosted the biggest circular economy conference in the world. 2023 was also the year where AI once and for all became a part of our reality, and Nordic Innovation initiated several projects within ethical use of AI.

These initiatives, their results, and the impact they have will never be achieved without our project partners.

In our annual report 2023 we aim to put a spotlight on our projects and the partners that we work with. We want to showcase examples and stories from innovation projects including the innovators that bring them forward.
