Nordic Startup & Innovation Ecosystem Delegation to Osaka and Tokyo is a 5-day delegation for Nordic startups, investors, and ecosystem players to meet with Japanese stakeholders and seek growth opportunities in Japan.
We invite Nordic tech startups, investors, and multipliers to join and meet with Japanese stakeholders including large corporates, venture capitalists, and multipliers eager to collaborate with and invest in Nordic startups and ecosystem players.
We will spend 2 days at World EXPO Osaka including an opportunity to be showcased at the Nordic Pavilion, and the remaining 3 days in Tokyo to attend SusHi Tech Tokyo, Asia's largest innovation and startup event, also with time for individual meetings and other relative events.

5 - 9 May, 2025, Osaka and Tokyo, Japan.
Tentative program (to be updated):
- Day 1 (Osaka): Delegation kickoff, visit EXPO Osaka.
- Day 2 (Osaka): Nordic Startup and Innovation Showcase at EXPO Osaka Nordic Pavilion, move to Tokyo.
- Day 3 (Tokyo): Network with local multipliers: startup support centers, visit to large corporates, pitching event.
- Day 4 (Tokyo): SusHi Tech Tokyo and side events.
- Day 5 (Tokyo): SusHi Tech Tokyo and individual meetings, farewell networking dinner.
