The overall purpose of the Bygg Innovationen program is to develop a strong and lasting innovation environment for the Swedish construction sector. The program runs in the period 2011-2014, with a total budget of MSEK42. It is a fast application-process (15 days) and projects can get up to 2,25 M SEK.
Norwegian Research Council
ENERGIX is a 10 year long research program that started in 2013. The program shall produce new knowledge that promotes a long term sustainable restructuring of the energy system with more renewable energy, energy efficient solutions, more integration with Europe and an increased need for flexibility.

Danish Energy Agency
EUDP supports new energy technology that creates growth and jobs, increases the supply and helps to make Denmark independent of fossil energy in 2050. EUDP also finances Danish participation in international cooperation and knowledge sharing on energy technology.
The European Commission currently has an open call for energy-efficient building.
