Nordic Food Diplomacy and Nordic Games are putting Nordic food on the agenda at the Game Development Conference in San Francisco this week.

The cooperation between Nordic Food Diplomacy and Nordic games started in January at the Nordic Game Jam, where game developers competed for the price of 10 000 kroner and the ticket to the Game Development conference in San Francisco.

Jumpy Suzy, a game where you get points for harvesting Nordic vegetables, won the price. The developers, Rositsa Dineva and Jakub Ratajczak will have their game presented at the Nordic Dinner Reception on the 7th of March in San Francisco as part of the Game Development conference.

All the Nordic consuls and bout 150 international gamers and game developers are invited to the reception. The Swedish Chef Pell has put together an innovative menu that interprets American fast food in a Nordic way, and a DJ will complete the cultural experience of an all Nordic night.
