    Projektet Pork Flavour er afslutet og forskningaktiviteterne har ført til øget viden om svinekødets kvalitet, specielt med fokus på faktorer af betydning for smag. Den gennemførte analyse af forbrugerholdninger i de tre deltagende lande viser, at smag er en vigtig kvalitetsegenskab. Udnyttelse af den viden, der skabes i projektet, kan derfor give den nordiske kødindustri en række konkurrencefordele. more
