Download publication

The number of electric vehicles sold in the Nordic countries is increasing and there is a need for designing a safe and efficient system to collect, transport and handle the batteries once they have reached end-of life.

The PROACTIVE project aims to set up an efficient and safe proces for handling of Li-ion batteries used in electric vehicles in the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Iceland including packaging, storage, tools, health and safety aspects related to that work.
